PHASE IV IS PARTNERING WITH GOAL LINE’S ATHLETES & COMMUNITY TO OFFER METABOLIC TESTING & OTHER SERVICES.

SPECIAL GOAL LINE PERFORMANCE PRICES

VO2 TEST – $199 (Reg $225)

  • As your heart rate changes during exercise, so too does your body’s preferred energy source. Whether you are simply looking to improve your fitness, shed a few pounds or improve performance, proper heart rate training is essential to optimizing your exercise efforts. VO2 testing allows us to accurately determine your optimal “Fat Burning Zone” (the heart rate range at which your physiology predominantly burns fat for energy as opposed to carbohydrates). By training in this zone, you will gradually teach your body to prefer burning fats both during exercise and at rest, allowing you to achieve your goals far faster and with far greater efficiency, while burning unwanted body fat.  

RMR (RESTING METABOLIC RATE) TEST – $139 (Reg $159)

  • Determines the rate at which the body burns calories at rest. This test determines how many calories are needed to feed the muscles, not fat. This will tell you the precise number of calories needed to take in per day to lose weight and keep it off! It will also let you know the number of calories to gain or maintain weight. This number will increase as more muscle mass is attained and muscles are trained to burn fat as a preferred energy source.  

RMR TEST + NUTRITION – $400 (Reg $488)

  • RMR (RESTING METABOLIC RATE) – This test determines the rate at which the body burns calories at rest. This test determines how many calories are needed to feed the muscles, not fat. This will tell you the precise number of calories needed to take in per day to lose, gain or maintain weight. We use this specific number to create a balanced nutrition plan based on your physiology and performance goals.
  • NUTRITION – After submitting a 3-day food diary, dietary intake will be analyzed for macro and micronutrient content. Deficiencies and excesses will be identified. Personalized and specific dietary guidelines based on activity level will be provided by our nutritional experts. A 45- minute consultation is included. 

VO2 TEST + 12 WEEK ENDURO TRAINING PROGRAM – $500 (Reg $574)

  • VO2 – As your heart rate changes during exercise, so too does your body’s preferred energy source. Whether you are simply looking to improve your fitness, shed a few pounds or improve performance, proper heart rate training is essential to optimizing your exercise efforts. VO2 testing allows us to accurately determine your optimal “Fat Burning Zone” (the heart rate range at which your physiology predominantly burns fat for energy as opposed to carbohydrates). We use these results to build a heart rate specific training program (Enduro Program) that will gradually teach your body to prefer burning fats both during exercise and at rest, allowing you to achieve your goals far faster and with far greater efficiency.
  • 12-WEEK ENDURO™- This program is a detailed Periodized training program that will give you heart rate specific daily workouts based on your current needs and VO2 test results. Our Exercise Physiologist will develop your plan based on your training availability and tell you exactly what heart rate zones to train in (intensity) and for how long (duration).  Following this Periodized plan will decrease body fat, increase performance (work out harder with less effort) and provide you with the confidence needed to reach your goals.
