“It’s those who work hard at recovery who win.” CEO Robert Forster, PT
“After suffering a potential season ending injury that threatened my 2016 Olympic goals, Bob Forster PT worked tirelessly in his clinic and pool to help me get back on the track in just three weeks; and on course to qualify for my fourth Olympic Games, with the fasted 400m in the world.”
“The exercise portion of my book is different from all others because it is guided by Robert “Bob” Forster, perhaps the best physical therapist in the country. He helped me recover from many injuries, and in doing so gave me the foundation for parts of this book.”
“Bob Forster was my physical therapist for my entire college and professional career. His ability to diagnose and treat my injuries was instrumental in my success.
