TENNIS LEGENDPete Sampras is a retired Greek American tennis player widely regarded as one of the greatest in the history of the sport. Pete worked with Forster throughout many tennis seasons and credits Bob for saving his career.

Rebecca is an American endurance athlete whose career has spanned across numerous sports including climbing, adventure racing, whitewater rafting, cross-country skiing, and mountain biking. Rusch has 7 World Championship titles to her name, was a member of the US National whitewater rafting team, and captained the XXX Team on multiple expeditions on the Emmy winning Discovery Channel program Eco-Challenge. Rusch’s experience expands beyond athletics as well; she is also the event producer behind Rebecca’s Private Idaho, author of Rusch to Glory, and Blood Road a documentary of her cycling journey through Vietnam to her father’s grave. Rebecca has been named the’s #6 of the World’s Top 100 Athletes, Singletrack’s Mountain Biker of the Year, Sports Illustrated Adventure Racing Team of the Year, and Outside Magazine’s Top 20 Female Athletes of the Year. Rebecca credits Bob with teaching her body how to ride her bike.


TEAM USA WRESTLER MMA COMPETITORAaron is a Junior and Cadet level national champion freestyle, folkstyle, and Greco Roman Wrestler. Aaron wrestled in the Olympic Trials losing by tie for his Olympic debut. Aaron began his MMA career with a tough defeat and came back strong knocking out Justin Linn in the first round.


WORLD CHAMPION WRESTLERAdeline is a Team USA 3X World Champion and 6X World Team member of the Women’s Freestyle Team. A true champion in life and sport.


CODY “No Love” lost his first ever professional MMA competition November 4, 2017. Cody trains with PHASE IV prescription heart rate zones for elite level conditioning.

OLYMPIC LONG JUMP CHAMPION On August 13, 2016, Jeff Henderson claimed Rio Gold with his final long jump. It’s the first gold in the event for the USA since 2004.

Elena Pirozhkova

2012 and 2016 USA Olympic Wrestler. Elena prepared for the 2016 Olympic Trials with PHASE IV science. She won the trials and finished 5th at the 2016 Olympics.
