Our all-inclusive weight loss program provides individualized coaching and programming based on the results of PHASE IV’s full suite of Metabolic, Nutrition, Structural, and Technique Services.

Initial Fee includes:

    • VO2 Test + Master Training Plan, updated monthly
    • RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) Test, Body Composition Exam + Full Nutritional Assessment & Meal Plan, updated quarterly
    • Structural Exam + Individualized Full Season Strength Program, monthly personal training sessions w/ EP
    • Quarterly Retesting on Exercise Physiology Services (RMR, Body Composition, VO2)
    • Weekly Support and Guidance from your Phase IV Exercise Physiologist and Nutrition Specialist
    Initial Assessment Fee – $1,274.15 (Reg. $1499) // Monthly Dues – $269*

  • Comprehensive Structural Exam performed by a Physical Therapist

  • Periodized Exercise Program beginning with the Forster Structure Program© with individualized monthly training assistance
  • Daily nutrition plan and Weekly consultations
  • Daily exercise/training plan with heart rate specific intensities, duration, and frequency
