Helen used PHASE IV training science to go unscored upon in the World Championships, and then drop a weight class and defeat the 3 X Olympic Champion to Win Gold defeating Saori Yoshida of Japan during 53kg women’s freestyle wrestling title match on Thursday, August 18, 2016.
