The Fastest Woman In The World

Florence Delorez Griffith Joyner, also known as Flo-Jo, was an American track and field athlete. At the Olympic Games in Seoul, Griffith Joyner twice broke the Olympic record and then won the final easily in a wind-aided 10.54. Four days later, in the semifinals, she broke the 9-year-old world record for 200m and then, 100 minutes later, she set another world record in the final with a time of 21.34 seconds. She is considered the fastest woman of all time based on the fact that Griffith Joyner's records for 100m and 200m have yet to be broken. At the Games in Seoul, she ran in both relays, winning a third gold medal in the 4x100m and a silver in the 4x400m. Flo Jo began working with Bob in her teens and was the first elite athlete to introduce the Forster Structure Program.


First USA Woman Wrestler To Win Olympic Gold

Helen used PHASE IV training science to go unscored upon in the World Championships, and then drop a weight class and defeat the 3 X Olympic Champion to Win Gold defeating Saori Yoshida of Japan during 53kg women’s freestyle wrestling title match on Thursday, August 18, 2016. Rebecca is an American endurance athlete whose career has spanned across numerous sports including climbing, adventure racing, whitewater rafting, cross-country skiing, and mountain biking. Rusch has 7 World Championship titles to her name, was a member of the US National whitewater rafting team, and captained the XXX Team on multiple expeditions on the Emmy winning Discovery Channel program Eco-Challenge. Rusch’s experience expands beyond athletics as well; she is also the event producer behind Rebecca’s Private Idaho, author of Rusch to Glory, and Blood Road a documentary of her cycling journey through Vietnam to her father’s grave. Rebecca has been named the’s #6 of the World’s Top 100 Athletes, Singletrack’s Mountain Biker of the Year, Sports Illustrated Adventure Racing Team of the Year, and Outside Magazine’s Top 20 Female Athletes of the Year. Rebecca credits Bob with teaching her body how to ride her bike.

Aaron is a Junior and Cadet level national champion freestyle, folkstyle, and Greco Roman Wrestler. Aaron wrestled in the Olympic Trials losing by tie for his Olympic debut. Aaron began his MMA career with a tough defeat and came back strong knocking out Justin Linn in the first round.
