Your Program Includes:
    • • A performance nutrition and hydration consultation with a PHASE IV Nutrition Specialist
    • • A Comprehensive Structural Exam with a PHASE IV Physical Therapist
    • • An onsite metabolic VO2 Test
    • • Onsite Metabolic Resting Metabolic Rate Test
    • • Onsite body composition assessment
    • • In depth Physiological Consultation with your Exercise Physiologist to design a periodized program to peak your fitness and achieve your goals
    • • FORSTER STRUCTURE PROGRAM©  Periodized Strength, Flexibility, and Injury Prevention
    • • Four week daily periodized nutrition and recovery plan based on your metabolic testing results
    • • Four week daily heart rate conditioning coaching program with intensity, frequency, and duration based on your VO2 metabolic testing result
    • • Four individualized personal training sessions to instruct you in the periodized training phases
