For over 35 years, I have traveled worldwide working with some of the best athletes of our generation and lecturing about safety in exercise; and from these experiences I have distilled scores and scores of exercise variations and exercise progression down to the very safest and most effective movements. They are instructed within the four-phase approach we have perfected by training thousands of people just like you. Your Program Includes:

  • • PHASE IV training with a PT assures you will perform time-tested workouts customized to your personal physical needs
  • • PHASE IV training with a PT includes 10-15 minutes of expert massage every session to address your vulnerable areas, while the exercises work to resolve them
