Robert Forster, PT personally chose these ankle weights for his Structure Program. They are durable and adjustable in fit via a velcro strap, as well as weight. The weighted bars that insert neatly into the pockets of the ankle wrap may be removed for implementing less strenuous exercise. Hand held dumb bells are sold separately.
