Whether you are training for a sport or just beginning to optimize your strength and fitness, PHASE IV Exercise physiologists and Physical Therapists are available to create a detailed personalized and periodized strength training program that gives you specific prescription daily workouts for building strength based on your current needs, sport, and/or goals.
This full season strength and conditioning program will bring your fitness to a peak as you progress through the phases of Periodization Training. You will receive a Structural Examination performed by a Physical Therapist and two personal training sessions over a three month span to instruct you in core strength, posture exercises, Periodization weight training, stretching and plyometric exercises specific to each phase. Your program is designed to peak your fitness to meet your health and fitness goals.
