LA MARATHON RECOVERY EVENT 2018

Many thanks to all of our sponsors which include Joey Krebbs from Art Saves Lives. He captured the images of the 4th Annual LA Marathon Recovery Event at Forster Physical Therapy. Joey provides exclusive media services, and is best known as the creative director and album cover artist for Rage Against the Machine as well as many of their MTV music videos.

Joey works for MMA publications such as TapOut Magazine and FightCoverage.com as well as The Ultimate Grappling Magazine. Joey worked closely with the Evan Tanner estate where he provided both the cover article on the Texas State Wrestling Champion; and also coordinated all the published archived photographs. Joey is devoted to the conservation of art. He was the Artist production manager working on many projects such as the archival project for the Dr. Julius Erving restoration project with the Mural Arts Program in Philadelphia. Joey is a founding member of the Mural Conservancy of Los Angeles. Its mission today is the same as it was in 1987: to restore, preserve, and document the murals of Los Angeles. In its role as public art advocate, MCLA works to protect the legal rights of artists and to prevent the loss of significant works of public art. Most importantly, MCLA is committed to preserving the artists’ heritage of Los Angeles as one of the mural capitals of the world.
