Dumbbell Bench Press

The Dumbbell Bench Press is a great exercise to start incorporating into your training arsenal, and here’s why:
  • Bilateral strength and stabilization gains to the pectoral muscles
  • Exploits and strengthens the bodies non-dominant or weak side for the pectorals
  • Creates potential for equal strength and stabilization within the chest and shoulder muscle groups
