Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This decadent Chocolate Avocado Pudding is a seriously delicious dairy-free dessert packed with heart healthy ingredients like avocado and cocoa.

Chocolate is often seen as a no-no in the health world, but science is showing there are actually many benefits to eating cocoa including boosting mood, fighting cancer, heart disease and aging and lowering cholesterol and blood pressure.

Of course, there is sugar in this sweet treat, so save it for a treat once or twice a week.

CHOCOLATE AVOCADO PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Ripe California Avocado, peeled and flesh removed from pit
  • 1/3 cup quality cocoa powder (100% pure cocoa)
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
