WEIGHT LOSS FOR ATHLETES

As Athletes We EAT and TRAIN, We Don’t DIET and EXERCISE.

Why is that?

Sometimes it’s not as simple as calories in, calories out. Whether our goals are weight loss or performance related, it’s important to fuel our energy system and train our energy system at the same time. The contents of those calories matter!
